48 Hours and no answer from Julep

Just to give you guys an update on how my cancellation is going.

I haven’t received an email or phone call

We posted on their site, and they have not answered our post.

I Tweeted at them twice today, without an answer.

So, I’m starting to feel that Julep doesn’t care about me as a customer.

Julep – don’t do it.  There are better beauty subscription boxes on the market.  This one is not worth the worry and aggravation.

      I’m not the only one, which is even worse. No customer should be treated badly.

    Customer service is the most important element in a business. Everyone knows this. For them to completely disregard their customers says a lot about what type of business they are trying to run! I’ll make sure never to subscribe to julep!
    Pity they’re blatantly disregarding you like they are, shame on them! Hope you come to some sort of conclusion very soon!
