I am starting this today. You should too!
$11.95 for 120 eyeshadows it just ridiculous. These shadows work great! Honestly, they have MAC level color payoff.
Clothing company American Apparel is defiantly known for pushing some limits in regards to their advertising. Honestly, I find that most of the ads look like soft core porn. It’s not a website you can browse from at work as your co-workers will raise their eyebrows at you.
“Guys, i’m just buying some socks.”
This is seriously a screen shot from the website. I can’t make this up. Here, don’t believe me or think I’m some kind of dirt ball. OR maybe you are the dirt ball and just want to see more. Well, go here.
Anywho. They now how a 62 year old model. To me, this is awesome. I really hope I’m this confident and sexy at age 62.
Jacky O’Shaughnessy says she just made “a conscious choice” not to accept certain limitations and stereotypes that are attached to women of a certain age. MAD PROPS.
Very cute and VERY easy and under $10.
Here is your step by step:
I bought the glass container at Michael’s Crafts for $7.99 and the rocks for $2.99.
You could even use some bling-ed out diamond looking vase filler – $5.99 from Amazon
I stalked Pinterest for ideas today, and here are my faves.
I received the Pop Beauty Bright Up Your Life Eye Shadow Trio in my December Ipsy.
My Review :
This is a great little trio palette. The colors are dark and the payoff is good. They are pretty glittery, and are good for a party or evening look.
The only gripe I had was that they colors started to slide on the sides and on the bottom after a few hours. I wore the look with the NYX HD Eye Shadow Base. It wasn’t awful and I wouldn’t not recommend this product for that reason.
I don’t see the trio on their website anymore, but you can get a 12 shade palette for $24.00, so essentially it’s $2.40 per shade. Not a bad value.
I will try again with the Urban Decay Primer Potion to see if it grabs it more.
Here is the look I did:
How do you like Pop Beauty?
I received a sample of this from Clearasil a while back, and liked it so much I bought a full size bottle.
As you can see, I have put a good dent in it with regular use.
I personally really like drugstore cleansers. I don’t think you need to spend major bucks on a cleanser, I think better investments are creams and treatments.
Kassi’s and I could not have the most different skin. This probably works well for the blog though 🙂 You lovelies get to read the woes of two very different girls.
My skin issues are that: 1) it’s crazy combination – really oily on my forehead and really dry on cheeks and nose. So dry it peels. So I exfoliate a lot. 2) I get blackheads and clogged pores really easily. Dirt just likes me, yo.
So I look for cleansers that get rid of the gunk on a deeper level, especially on my nose.
Clearasil Daily Clear® Refreshing Superfruit Wash has been really good to my skin. I was afraid it would be overly drying as the weather gets colder, but that is not the case. My skin still feels comfortable after a cleansing. It also helps with keeping my nose free of blackheads. I LIKE THIS A LOT.
I don’t repurchase cleansers super often because I am always searching for something new and/or better. However, this may be the exception. I am happy that it is still working for me through 2 different Seasons. Normally, I can’t use the same product in summer that I do in winter.
Have you tried Clearasil Daily Clear® Refreshing Superfruit Wash?
Seriously. Watch this. Click the image above. It’s beautiful. Pass it on.
